Condition of Sale
It is a condition of sale that all brand names, labels and trademarks must be removed or crossed over. This is usually done by the Manufacturer, or by us in-house, but it is also the responsibility of you as a buyer to ensure that this is done before offering the item for sale.
Liability
No liability for any claim for damage shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor within 24hrs of delivery. This period may be extended at the sole discretion of the vendor.

Returns Policy
We offer a 'No Quibble 14 Day Guarantee' on all purchases.
Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.
We do not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. If you are not happy with your unworn purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an immediate replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Pack your parcel securely making sure you include a returns forms available below. Failure to provide full details may result in credits being delayed.
Wholesaleladiesfashions is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. We advise that you ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.
For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. For any replacement, we will process your request within 48 hours, however please allow 7 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us to redelivery
